THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON but If you provide a 48 hour notice when needing to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new day. Deposits can be transferred one time and then become non transferable. If you cancel your appointment without the proper notice you will lose your deposit. If you do not provide more than a 48 hour notice you WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR 25% of your service & if you choose to not pay the 25% you will be banned as a client If you cancel same day or do not cancel and do not show you will be banned as a client unless you pay in full the amount of the services that were booked. If you are more than 20 mins late you will be considered a same day cancellation and need to reschedule a new time and pay a new deposit. Please review cancellation policy and exclusions before booking because the deposit is non refundable if you don’t.
